Role : AP Specialist
Location : Wilmington, DE
Pay : $19 - $23 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Review, code, and enter vendor expense invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements, research & resolve discrepancies
- Handle all vendor correspondence via phone or email
- Receive, research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
- Process check payments
- File accounts payable invoices
Requirements :
- 2 years of recent AP experience
- PO Discrepancies resolution experience
- Software : Sage Intacct
